1) Retrieve the download information.
2) Upgrade your NaviCoder to the latest / advanced version.
3) Change your registered email.
4) Print invoice.

What is your Upgrade Policy?

Our upgrade policy allows customers to receive Free minor version updates within a single major version release. For example, a customer who has purchased version 1.0.0 will be entitled to any 1.x.x release. For major version upgrade, i.e. from version 1 to version 2, customers are eligible for free upgrade within 3 months of a new major version release.

Customers can also receive free email-based support by submitting us a ticket.
